Friends of OHEKA holds an annual fundraising event in the beautiful formal gardens of OHEKA Castle to support the Otto Kahn Awards. The awards are presented to Huntington area high school seniors who are continuing their study of the arts. Members receive a discount after their first year of membership.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Friends, in partnership with Gary

Melius, bestows Otto Kahn Awards to deserving Huntington area public high school seniors who plan to continue their education and training in the fine arts, performing arts and

music. Scholarships are presented at our annual fundraising event.

HISTORIC PRESERVATION

OHEKA stands as the largest restored home in America. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2004, OHEKA CASTLE exists as a monument to a bygone era and testament to the Town of Huntington's commitment to historic preservation.
